Returns, refunds, and replacements are given out on a case-by-case basis. The Odor Free Guarantee only applies to first time orders. If there is an error in your order, regardless of whether it’s an intial or subsequent order, please let us know at help@cousinmays.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the package was incorrectly shipped (wrong destination, product damaged during shipment, etc.).
